General Terms and Conditions of Participation

Organizer: Kaufmann Sortimentsgrosshandel GmbH, Jägerstr. 15a, 30167 Hanover

Eligibility: Natural persons aged 18 and over with a residence in Germany are eligible to participate. Employees of Kaufmann Sortimentsgrosshandel GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.

Participation: Participation is free of charge and not dependent on the purchase of a product. Multiple entries are not permitted.

Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by email. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the claim to the prize expires.

Data Protection: The data collected within the scope of the competition will be used exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the competition and will subsequently be deleted. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.

Legal Recourse: Legal recourse is excluded.
